HOW TO REGISTER
On-Line Registration will open on Monday August 21st at 12 PM and opened till Wednesday November 15, 2023, 11:59 PM
*NO Registrations will be accepted once registrations close on Wednesday November 15th @ 11:59PM. NO EXCEPTIONS*
* MCQMRC has the right to put a cap on the number of registrations. If a cap is placed, notification will be provided in an email, on our Facebook page and at MCQMRC.com*
T-Shirt and/or correct size not guaranteed if registerer after 10/2/23
Parking Pass not guaranteed at discounted rate after 10/2/2023.

Friday November 17th, 2023, 5 PM ~ 8 PM --- NO REGISTRATIONS AT DRIVER/HANDLER CHECK-IN
- Driver/Handler check-in available at this time at the

- If driver is registered but does not check-in during this time period, their pill number will be drawn for him/her after registration closes. (NOTE: driver must check-in Saturday at the track before 8:30 AM)
Saturday, November 18th, 2023, Heats --- NO REGISTRATIONS DAY OF EVENT ---
- 7:00am - Gates open
- 7:00am - Check In open until 8:30am at gate for those that did not check in at hotel Friday evening (5-8pm)
- 9:30am - Driver/Handler meeting
- 10:00am - Heats begin
- 10-minute time limits on heats
- Rookie Features at the conclusion of the heat races
Sunday, November 19th, 2023, Features
- 7:00am - Gates open
- 8:30am - Driver/Handler meeting
- 9:00am - Features begin (No Rookie Features Sunday)
- 20-minutes on features, minimum 1/2 of race complete
