To Join our club:

You must appear in person at our monthly meeting. The meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month (except for November first Wednesday of that month) at 7:00pm at the Linfield Firehouse. (Date is subject to change due to weather etc.).

You must have a 1×1 picture of yourself and your spouse, a copy of the drivers birth certificate and a check made out to MCQMRC or cash in the amount of $165.00. This covers the fee for QMA, our club, and the Moose Lodge.

There are weekly work details throughout the year. Every Tuesday and Wednesday night. If you do not appear on your scheduled night your child/driver will not be allowed to race that week.

As a club member you are required to do fundraisers as needed for the club. Also to be eligible for the drivers awards at our annual banquet (held the 2nd Saturday of November) you must attend at least 8 monthly meetings and your driver must be at, at least ½ the races. (Wednesday night races)

If there is someone else that would like to join to help you with your driver they would need to sign up as an alternate handler. Again they would need to be present at the meeting to join, the cost for alternate handlers is $55.00, and they need a 1×1 picture also.

The club Secretary Michele Pinder, does have a camera at the meetings that she can take the pictures for $1.00 each.
