This year we will be in the Equine Arena and be pitting in the Equine Barn
Race Order (will post once gets closer to Race)

On-Line Registration will close Friday December 4th @ 11:59 PM

mailed in registrations must be postmarked by November 18, 2020, full payment with registration is required

Registration will be held Saturday December 5th

* If you can not make the registration Saturday night you must make sure you are at the complex by 7:30 AM Sunday Morning to check in for pre-registered drivers!
* If you do not make the regitstration your drivers starting position will be picked after registration closes, you may have someone sign your driver in and get all the required items that are handed out.
*NO Registrations after 8 PM December 5, 2020 will be accepted

* Bring your own 89 Octane Fuel.
* All Fuel Jugs must be placed outside
* ALL FUELING must be done outside the building

USAC Rules
Doors open at 6:00 AM, Handlers Meeting 8:00 AM Prompt
Pill Draw at Registration for Starting Positions!
Wrist bands are required for Admission
* Every Driver receives 1 wrist band, plus 1 Free Handler (per driver)
* All additional people are required to pay $5.00 to gain entrance into the complex and watch the races. (1 driver with 3 cars, still only gets 1 band, 2 drivers gets 2 wrist bands for 2 handlers)

Parking Passes
* Each Registered family gets 1 FREE Parking Pass (cannot promise free passes after November 18th), if you bring more than 1 vehicle you must pay $10.00 per additional vehicle to park. You must stop at the gate on the way in for a pass.
* You will only get your FREE Parking Pass if you come to the
registration Saturday.

Electric
* Electric is available ONLY if you PAY for it!
* Cost is $65.00 per outlet
*ONLY family paying for electric will be staged in this area*
* If you don't pay and get caught using it, your cords will be unplugged and will have to pay the $65.00 plus a $20 fine.
* If you did not request electric on your registration form you can still request it at registration Saturday December 5th or Sunday 12/6
* A specific tag will be given, which must be tied on the mail plug end of your cord.

* Please plan ahead and do NOT ask the Tech Director to lift your car and driver onto the scales
